Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Appointment of the Heretaunga Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Director, Conservation Partnerships, Lower North Island Region, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Hastings Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the reserve (known as the Mahora Kindergarten) described in the Schedule, and appoints the Heretaunga Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve as a local purpose (site for a kindergarten) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Right to Convey Water Easement Acquired—Hokitika–Kaniere Tramway, Westland District
Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the easement described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired over the land of Marilyn Kaye Cummings and Peter Niel Sawyers ("Grantors"), being the land described in the First Schedule to this notice for the purpose of a right to convey water upon the rights and powers implied into such easements by the Fourth Schedule to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002 and shall vest in the Westland District Council ("Grantee") on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Classification of Reserve—Ngaruawahia Cemetery, Jackson Street, Ngaruawahia
Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waikato District Council hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice as a local purpose (cemetery) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
