Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account
Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to Leslie Frederick Tofts is required to be paid to the Secretary of Justice and the surplus after deductions is to be held in trust on behalf of Leslie Frederick Tofts.
And that on 21 July 2015, $30,938.12 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Leslie Frederick Tofts.
This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Leslie Frederick Tofts to make claims against it.
Any person that has been a victim of Leslie Frederick Tofts, in respect of an offence for which Leslie Frederick Tofts was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the trust account on behalf of Leslie Frederick Tofts.

Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account
Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to Nicholas Paul Alfred Reekie is required to be paid to the Secretary of Justice and the surplus after deductions is to be held in trust on behalf of Nicholas Paul Alfred Reekie.
And that on 15 July 2015, $1,000.00 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Nicholas Paul Alfred Reekie.
This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Nicholas Paul Alfred Reekie to make claims against it.
