Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, John Michael Gilbert was appointed liquidator of the company on 14 July 2015 at 10.25am.
The liquidator does hereby fix 14 August 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

David Sean Webb and John James Hill Larner, insolvency practitioners of PPB Advisory, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by resolution of the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on 29 July 2015 at 10.30am, being the date of our consent to our appointment.

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as joint and several liquidators of NATURELIFE LIMITED (in liquidation), we fix 26 August 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
It should be noted that the company has sold its business assets and has ceased business operations.
The directors have passed a resolution and signed a certificate as required under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company is able to pay its due debts in full.
