Notice is given that on 17 July 2015 at 10.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to
section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that the companies be liquidated and that Mark Hector Norrie and Pamela Louise
Jenkins, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, be appointed joint and several liquidators for that purpose.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that, as provided in section 245(1) of the Act, no meeting of creditors will be held, having regard to
the cost of holding a meeting and the likely result of the liquidations, unless requested in writing by a creditor in
accordance with section 245(1)(b)(iii) of the Act.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidators have fixed 4 September 2015 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any
priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of
that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
