Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by resolution of the shareholder on Saturday 25 July 2015 at 12.00 midday, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator hereby fixes 1 September 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
