Declaration That Land is a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the New Plymouth District Council notifies that a resolution to the following effect was passed by the council on 19 May 2015:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under an instrument of delegation dated 12th June 2013 from the Minister of Conservation, the Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said district in an estate in fee simple, (stopped road) described in the Schedule shall be and the same is declared to be gazetted a local purpose (utility) reserve with effect 23rd July 2015 and pursuant to Section 16(2) is deemed to be classified for that purpose."
