Residential Red Zone Offer Recovery Plan Commencement Notice

Pursuant to section 21(4) of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011, the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery gives the following notice:

Notice

  1. Title—This notice is the Residential Red Zone Offer Recovery Plan Commencement Notice.

  2. Commencement—The Residential Red Zone Offer Recovery Plan is issued and comes into effect on 30 July 2015.

  3. Inspection—The Residential Red Zone Offer Recovery Plan is available on the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority’s website

www.cera.govt.nz

Reference copies of the Residential Red Zone Offer Recovery Plan will be available at the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority’s Office at Level 8, HSBC Tower, 62 Worcester Boulevard, Christchurch, and libraries and service centres in the districts of the Christchurch City Council and Waimakariri District Council.

Notice Declaring Removal of and Amendment to Aquaculture Settlement Areas in Marlborough Region for the Purposes of the Maori Commercial Aquaculture Claims Settlement Act 2004 (Notice No. MPI 503)

Pursuant to section 12 of the Maori Commercial Aquaculture Claims Settlement Act 2004 (“the Act”), the Minister for Primary Industries gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Notice Declaring Removal of and Amendment to Aquaculture Settlement Areas in the Marlborough Region for the Purposes of the Maori Commercial Aquaculture Claims Settlement Act 2004.

(2) This notice comes into force on 2 August 2015.

  1. Removal of areas Gazetted for settlement purposes—Under section 12(2)(b) of the Act, the Minister for Primary Industries declares that all the Aquaculture Settlement Areas created in the Marlborough region by the New Zealand Gazette notices set out below are removed as Aquaculture Settlement Areas:
