NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 83 — 30 JULY 2015
On 9 October 2014, at the request of a company creditor, Paul Vlasic and Lynda Smart, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, were appointed replacement liquidators of the company following the resignation of Robert Duff.
The replacement liquidators have become aware that public notice was not given by the initial liquidator, on 28 August 2014, pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The replacement liquidators are now in possession of the necessary documentation in relation to the initial appointment and accordingly now give public notice that the company is in liquidation.
Any creditors not previously aware of the liquidation should contact this office immediately.

The shareholders of GHS LIMITED resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gordon Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 24 July 2015 at 10.00am.
