Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 21 July 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that DON* GEO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED be liquidated and that Alison Margaret Lemon, chartered accountant of Kerikeri, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 21 July 2015 at 1.00pm.

David Sean Webb and John James Hill Larner, insolvency practitioners of PPB Advisory, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by resolution of the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on 21 July 2015 at 10.00am, being the date of our consent to our appointment.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as joint and several liquidators of the company, we fix 17 August 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 245 of the Companies Act 1993
We do not consider that a meeting of creditors should be held because there are insufficient assets to meet the cost of holding such a meeting.
No meeting of creditors will be called unless we receive notice in writing from a creditor requiring us to hold a meeting of creditors, pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993, within 10 working days of the date of publication of this notice.
