We fix 16 August 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims and to establish any priority.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on 14 July 2015 at 2.20pm, when the members appointed Brenton John Joseph Hunt, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.
The directors had previously passed a resolution declaring that, on the appointment of a liquidator, the company would be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a creditors’ meeting.
