Board of Trustees By-election Invalidation Notice for Papatoetoe Intermediate School (1428)

Pursuant to clause 9(3A) of the Sixth Schedule of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the 29 May 2015 by-election for the Papatoetoe Intermediate School (1428) Board of Trustees, and require a new by-election to be held on 23 September 2015.

I further declare that the trustees holding office on 29 May 2015 shall remain in office until the close of the day before the day on which the new trustees elected at the 23 September 2015 election take office.

This notice takes effect the day after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
