Declaring Conservation Land to be Part of a Reserve
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Director, Conservation Partnerships Northern and Western South Island Region, Department of Conservation, declares that the land described in the First Schedule shall be included in the reserve described in the Second Schedule and classified as a scenic reserve for the purposes of section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977.
