Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Permissions/Statutory Land Management Manager, Dunedin Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation over the reserve described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Masterton District Council in such a manner as the council determines.
