Pursuant to section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

Title—This notice is the Community Work Centre (Donnington Street (Palmerston North)) Notice 2015.

Commencement—This notice takes effect from 17 August 2015.

Donnington Street (Palmerston North) Community Work Centre—The land described in the Schedule is a community work centre to be known as the Donnington Street (Palmerston North) Community Work Centre.

Revocation—The Community Work Centre (Church Street (Palmerston North)) Notice 2002 (SR 2002/330) is revoked.

Donnington Street (Palmerston North) Community Work Centre
The following parcels of land in the Wellington Land Registration District:
a. containing 2810 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3 and Lot 4 and Lots 5–7 DP 563 and being all the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register 677097;
b. containing 562 square metres, more or less, being Lot 8 DP 563 and being all the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register WN140/187.

Explanatory Note
This notice is made under the Corrections Act 2004 and takes effect from 17 August 2015.
The community work centre at Palmerston North is being relocated from the existing site in Church Street to a new site in Donnington Street. This notice declares the new premises to be a community work centre known as the Donnington Street (Palmerston North) Community Work Centre and revokes the notice that constituted the Church Street (Palmerston North) Community Work Centre.
