Classification of Reserve and Appointment of the Hurunui District Council to Control and Manage the Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager; North Canterbury District, Department of Conservation, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (fire depot) reserve and appoints the Hurunui District Council to control and manage the reserve for that purpose.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve—5 Chester Street, Waverley
Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservation Partnerships Manager, Whanganui District, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation for police purposes over the land described in the Schedule with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
