Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Further to a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 April 2015, Issue No. 34, Notice No. 2015-go1857, and pursuant to section 87J(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 28, 29 and 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 29 October 2013 and a sub-delegation from the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Transport dated 3 November 2013, I give notice that, having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to provide for enhanced code-share opportunities with respect to Argentina and the commencement of a fourth weekly service to Vanuatu.

This variation took effect on 1 July 2015.
