Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on 30 June 2015 at 10.00am, a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Jason Edwards be appointed as liquidator.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.
A copy of that resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 7 August 2015 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 3 July 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into voluntary liquidation and that Richard Nicholas Ineson and Andrew James Brady, both chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators for this purpose.
The directors have signed a declaration of solvency.
The liquidation commenced on 3 July 2015.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that the joint liquidators have fixed 5 August 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
