Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of a mortgage over goods (being a specific security deed dated the 19th day of April 2012) over the mortgaged goods (“collateral”) listed below:

Notice is hereby given that on 2 July 2015 ASB BANK LIMITED (“mortgagee”) entered into possession of the collateral listed below following the failure of the mortgagor, ROEBURN HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership), to remedy a default notice dated the 20th day of May 2015.

The collateral:

1241 Dairy Cattle: Female (“F”); R1Yr–8+Yr; Fresian Cross and Fresian; Black and White (“B&W”)

60 Other Cattle: Male and Female; R1Yr; Hereford Cross; Red and White, Black and White

All livestock acquired by ROEBURN HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership) after 19 April 2012 which represents the natural increase and progeny of the above livestock, progeny, unborn young and replacement livestock.

The registered office of the mortgagee is Level 2, ASB North Wharf, 12 Jellicoe Street, Auckland 1010.
