Crown Land Set Apart as Reserve, Classification and Appointment to Control and Manage with the Waitaki District Council—Ohau C Camping Ground
Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Director, Conservation Partnerships, South and Eastern South Island Region, Department of Conservation, hereby sets apart the Crown land described in the Schedule as reserve, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, classifies the reserve as recreation reserve and appoints control and management of the reserve in the Waitaki District Council in trust for that purpose.
