Road Realignment—Coopers Drive, Mangonui, Far North District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 114, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Far North District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA109A/212.

Revocation of an Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve, Then Appointment of a Local Authority to Control and Manage the Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager, Wellington Office, Lower North Island Region, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Wellington Regional Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule, and appoints the Kapiti Coast District Council to control and manage the reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
The appointment is subject to a special condition that the Minister is able to recover any local or regional rates from Kapiti Coast District Council should such rates be levied.
