Radiocommunications Regulations (Returns in Respect of Supply of Radio Transmitters) Notice 2008 Revocation Notice

This notice is issued pursuant to Regulation 19 of the Radiocommunications Regulations 2001, made under
section 134(1)(a) of the Radiocommunications Act 1989, and revokes the prescribed classes of radio transmitters
for which a return is not required under Regulation 18(3) from the holders of licences to supply radio transmitters
granted pursuant to Regulation 18(1) and 18(2) of the Regulations.

The Radiocommunications Regulations (Returns in Respect of Supply of Radio Transmitters) Notice 2008* is
revoked.

This notice of revocation takes effect on 2 July 2015.

Explanatory Note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice revokes the prescribed classes of radio transmitters for which a return is not required from the
holders of licences to supply radio transmitters, as Regulation 18(3) has been removed from the Regulations.

Termination of Anti-dumping Duties on Diaries From Malaysia and China

In accordance with section 14(7) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, I hereby terminate, with
effect from 27 June 2015, the imposition of anti-dumping duties on the goods specified in the Schedule to this
notice, because of the cessation of production of like goods in New Zealand.

Malaysia and the People’s Republic of China.

Description of Goods

Diaries, with or without covers, excluding: diaries with steel ring binders; and wallplanners.

Declaration of State of Local Emergency

Pursuant to section 68 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Annette Kay Main, declare that a
state of local emergency exists in the Whanganui District owing to Whanganui River flooding and evacuations.

The state of local emergency comes into force immediately on the making of this declaration, and expires seven
days after the time and date on which it comes into force (unless extended or terminated at an earlier time).
