Notice of Intention to Correct Register

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the application of the following companies by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

ECOAT NZ LIMITED (4219899) – Annual return incorrectly recorded Bruce Logan Ewan Laloli in place of Lareda Holdings Limited as holding 100 shares – 4 August 2014.

IT INVESTMENT LIMITED (5413262) – Annual return incorrectly recorded S. S. Malhotra in place of P. Khanna as holding 50 shares – 3 February 2015.

SPECIAL PRODUCTS NZ LIMITED (5630887) – B. Hoeller incorrectly notified as ceasing as director and shareholder – 30 May 2015.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 30 July 2015 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).

The liquidations of the above-named companies have been completed and the final reports and statements of receipts and payments have been sent to the Registrar, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, together with requests that the companies be removed from the Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.

Any objections to the removals, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
