o Te Horouta Wānanga and designate the school as a Kura Kaupapa Māori.
- The school will operate in accordance with Te Aho Matua.
The whānau of Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Horouta Wānanga commit totally to the guiding principles outlined in Te Aho Matua that:
- the paramount purpose of Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Horouta Wānanga is to meet the needs of tamariki and their learning;
- all tamariki enjoy an education that respects their Tino Rangatiratanga, dignity, rights and individuality;
- the whānau undertake to educate their tamariki through te reo Māori total immersion as a medium of instruction;
- tamariki develop sensitivity and respect for others; and
- this education challenges them to reach their full potential in the pursuit of excellence.
- The constitution of the Board of Trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Horouta Wānanga shall be as specified in section 94 of the Education Act 1989.

Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 18 June 2015 of the Animal Products Notice: Specifications for Laboratories, which comes into force on 31 August 2015.

Pursuant to section 24 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, the notice headed Biosecurity (Process for Establishing Independent Review Panel) Notice 2012 (Notice No. MPI 106), published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 November 2012, No. 139, page 4051, is revoked from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
