Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

I, Anthony Charles Harris, insolvency practitioner of Anthony Harris Limited, Tauranga, liquidator of the above-named company, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 24 July 2015.

Notice of Approval of Code of Practice

Pursuant to sections 78 and 79 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (“HSNO Act”), WorkSafe New Zealand advises that it approved, on 19 May 2015, the Code of Practice HSNOCOP 66 Version 1.0 Compressed Gas Cylinder to DOT-SP 12098.

This code of practice has been developed by the New Zealand Defence Forces and provides a means of compliance with Regulation 10(c) of the Hazardous Substances (Compressed Gases) Regulations 2004 for the design and manufacture of a compressed gas cylinder.

Pursuant to section 80(1) of the HSNO Act, this code may be inspected on request at WorkSafe New Zealand, Level 6, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington 6011.

Pursuant to section 80(1)(b) of the HSNO Act, the code is available from the WorkSafe New Zealand website www.worksafe.govt.nz
