Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and Cycle Surgery Invercargill Limited (“the mortgagor”):

Bikes International Limited (“the mortgagee”) is the secured party under a security agreement dated the 7th day of June 2006, pursuant to which the mortgagor granted to the mortgagee a security interest over all goods supplied by the mortgagee to the mortgagor.

The mortgagee hereby gives notice that they entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below on 14 May 2015.

The mortgaged goods are described as follows:

All goods, being bicycles and bicycle parts and accessories supplied by the mortgagee, located at 21 Tay Street, Invercargill.

The address to which communications relating to the mortgaged goods may be sent is Bikes International Limited, PO Box 53023, Auckland Airport, Auckland 2150.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

In the matter of section 137 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of Mortgage Instrument 7059422.3 from Darren Phillip Forbes and Gillian Lynette Price to Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited:

Take notice that on 14 November 2014, Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited, the mortgagee by virtue of Memorandum of Mortgage 7059422.3 (Canterbury Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 117 Tennyson Street, Rolleston, Christchurch, being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title CB44C/224.

The registered office of Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited is at Level 5, 10 Customhouse Quay, Wellington 6011.

Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of FUKUYAMA FOOD SERVICE LIMITED (a company that ceased trading on 22 November 2011):

The sum of $7,785.97 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of FUKUYAMA FOOD SERVICE LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to FUKUYAMA FOOD SERVICE LIMITED, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 23 July 2015.
