Land Set Apart for Education Purposes—Christchurch, Christchurch City
Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice, subject to being limited as to title, be set apart for education purposes and be vested in Her Majesty The Queen on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Māori Affairs Act 1953 (now known as section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993), on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupā for the members of the Whetu Whānau.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation to be called the "Waipuka 2R1 Māori Reservation" for the purpose of a camping ground, meeting place, education and health camp for the common use and benefit of the beneficial owners.
