Land Acquired for Local Purpose (Esplanade) Reserve—57 Seaview Avenue, Northcote, Auckland
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a local purpose (esplanade) reserve and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice—Land Declared Road and Severances Taken and Amalgamated With Adjoining Lands—Sisson Drive, Papanui, Christchurch
Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of February 2013 declaring land as road and taking severances for amalgamation with adjoining lands, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 February 2013, No. 21, page 587, as amended by the New Zealand Gazette, 15 January 2015, Issue No. 3, Notice No. 2015-ln245, by deleting the subject interests shown as (ii) and (iii) in (c) of the recital to the land to vest in the Crown for education purposes by amalgamation into the adjoining Computer Freehold Register 237470.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purposes of a marae and a meeting place for the common use and benefit of the Ngāti Wakaiti Tribe and other Māori people in the vicinity and to be called Waimapu Marae.
