Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, on 8 June 2015 at 2.20pm, appointed Peri Micaela Finnigan and Tony Leonard Maginness, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.

The company wishes to distribute its assets to its shareholders. The liquidation is a natural conclusion to that process.
