Pursuant to section 24(7) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, John Crawshaw, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, revoke the approval of the Southland Drug and Alcohol Specialist Service and medical practitioner issued under this section on 13 March 2014 (New Zealand Gazette, 13 March 2014, No. 29, page 834).
