Notice of Termination: Anti-dumping Duty Applying to Imports of Reinforcing Bar and Coil From Thailand
In accordance with section 14(7) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 ("the Act"), I hereby terminate, with effect from the date of this notice, the imposition of anti-dumping duty imposed on reinforcing steel bar and coil from Thailand by reason that a review under section 14(8) of the Act has determined that removal of the current anti-dumping duty would be unlikely to lead to the recurrence of dumping or material injury.
