Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is to be road, excluding mineral interests reserved to the Crown by section 3 of the Petroleum Act 1937, section 8 of the Atomic Energy Act 1945, section 3 of the Geothermal Energy Act 1953, sections 6 and 8 of the Mining Act 1971, sections 5 and 261 of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987;

the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is to be road subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991
and shall vest in the Rotorua District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
