  1. Airsheds established—(1) The areas described in the Schedule are separate airsheds for the Canterbury region as specified by the Minister for the purposes of the Resource Management (National Environmental Standards for Air Quality) Regulations 2004.

(2) Any areas within the Canterbury region which are not covered by the separate airsheds described in this notice form a single airshed for that region.

  1. Revocation—The Canterbury Regional Airshed Notice 2005, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 August 2005, No. 141, page 3432, is revoked.

Endeavour School (6941) Board of Trustees Election Notice

Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 101(7) of the Education Act 1989, I approve Thursday 25 June 2015 as the closing date for voting in the first elections of parent representatives and a staff representative for the board of trustees of Endeavour School (6941).

I also approve Tuesday 7 July 2015 as the date for the first meeting of the board of trustees.

This notice takes effect on the day after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Proposal to Incorporate Material by Reference (BS1970:2012 Hot Water Bottles Manufactured From Rubber and PVC – Specification) Notice 2015

Pursuant to section 51 of the Legislation Act 2012, the Manager Trading Standards, of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Proposal to Incorporate Material by Reference (BS1970:2012 Hot Water Bottles Manufactured From Rubber and PVC – Specification) Notice 2015.

(2) This notice takes effect from the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  1. Proposal to incorporate—Pursuant to section 49 of the Legislation Act 2012, it is proposed to incorporate BS1970:2012 by reference into a new temporary unsafe goods notice for hot water bottles. The notice will continue to incorporate the earlier editions of that standard, BS1970:2001 and BS1970:2006, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 December 2008, No. 192, page 5082.
