Reappointment of the Health and Disability Commissioner

Pursuant to section 8(1) of the Health and Disability Commissioner Act 1994 and section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Governor-General, on my recommendation as responsible Minister, has reappointed

Anthony Murray Hill

as Health and Disability Commissioner, for a term of three years commencing on 19 July 2015 and expiring on 18 July 2018.

This reappointment was made by way of written notice to the Health and Disability Commissioner (with a copy to the entity) pursuant to section 28(2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
