Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
I intend to remove the following companies from the Register under section 318(1)(f) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the companies have failed to pay the fee prescribed by Regulations for the application for registration of the companies under section 12 of the Act.
JUST FUNERAL CONSULTANTS LIMITED (formerly SIMPLY FUNERAL CONSULTANTS LIMITED).
KENNETT BUSINESS GROUP LIMITED.
If the prescribed fee is not paid to the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days after the date of this notice, then the companies will be removed from the New Zealand Register.
There are no grounds for objection under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993.

We, Arron Leslie Heath and Michael Lamacraft, liquidators of RAMWALLSON TRUSTEE LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Suite 6, Level 2, 100 Parnell Road, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 3 July 2015.
