Pursuant to Section 239AU of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that a watershed meeting of the creditors of the company will be held on Monday 15 June 2015 at 10.00am at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, Level 1, CPO Building, 12 Queen Street, Auckland:

  1. To consider the administrators’ report in relation to the company’s affairs and any other matters raised relating to the company’s future and then to resolve either that:
    a. the company execute a deed of company arrangement; or
    b. the administration should end; or
    c. the company be wound up; or
    d. the meeting be adjourned.

  2. To consider and if thought fit approve the administrators’ remuneration.

  3. To determine:
    a. the remuneration of the deed administrator, if one is appointed; or
    b. the remuneration of the liquidator, if one is appointed.

  4. To discuss any other relevant business which may arise.

Notice of Intention to Correct Register

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the application of the following company by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

CK HOSPITALITY LIMITED (in liquidation) (4219899) – liquidator’s appointment was outside the 10 working day limit of section 241AA(2) of the Act of application being filed for appointment by the High Court – notice of appointment of liquidator and liquidator’s first report are to be withdrawn – 19 January 2015 and 22 January 2015.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 9 July 2015 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
