Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 4 June 2015, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that RINGSIDE NZ LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 4 June 2015 at 8.30am.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 31 July 2015.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 7 July 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
