Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Bamford School (3288) Board of Trustees
Under section 78M of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby direct the appointment of a limited statutory manager for the Bamford School (3288) Board of Trustees.
The following functions, powers and duties of the board are to be vested in a limited statutory manager:
-
All the functions, powers and duties of the board in student achievement, including curriculum management, and teaching and assessment practice (whether statutory or otherwise); and
-
all the functions, powers and duties of the board as employer (whether statutory or otherwise) including any/all personnel related matters.
A limited statutory manager must also advise the board on board systems and processes.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.

The Director Approvals, Community Investment, Ministry of Social Development, gives notice that the approval of Te Hunga Manaaki o Te Puke Trust as a community service provider under section 403 of the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989 was revoked on 5 March 2015.
