The Companies Act 1993

On 22 May 2015, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that RANK GROUP PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that William Guy Black and Kare Johnstone, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.

The liquidation commenced on 22 May 2015 at 2.30pm.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of the above-named company which is being liquidated, does hereby fix 30 June 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.

Steven Khov and Damien Grant, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MILSON AEROSPACE LIMITED on 28 May 2015 at 10.47am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 29 June 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
