A meeting of creditors of DESIGNER LIFESTYLE JOINERY LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held at the offices of Deloitte at 10 Brandon Street, Wellington, on Wednesday 10 June 2015 at 12.00 midday.
Agenda
To consider:
- whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed;
- resolutions expressing the views of creditors; and
- whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 30 June 2015 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
