Notification of Ordinary Rule

Under section 160(3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, from 8 July 2015, I apply the Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Dimension and Mass Amendment 2014.

This Rule was made by the former Associate Minister of Transport on 24 August 2014 and its commencement was suspended until it was applied by notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

This Rule comes into force on 8 July 2015.

It is available for inspection free of charge at the National Office of the NZ Transport Agency, Victoria Arcade, 50 Victoria Street, Wellington, and at the NZ Transport Agency’s regional offices.

A bound copy will be available for purchase from bookshops that sell legislation or from Legislation Direct, telephone (04) 568 0005.
