New Zealand Transport Agency (Speed Limits on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2015/2

Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, section 22AB of the Land Transport Act 1998 and Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003, and the notice Variable Speed Limits—State Highway 29, Kaimai Range, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 May 2015, Issue No. 53, Notice No. 2015-au2865, the NZ Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.

Bylaw

Title and commencement—This bylaw may be cited as the New Zealand Transport Agency (Speed Limits on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2015/2 and will come into force 28 days after the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
Amendment—The New Zealand Transport Agency (Speed Limits on State Highways) Bylaw 2010/10* is hereby amended by:
- Amending line 23 in Schedule 1 to read:
  "Line No.: 23
  Region: 1
  SH No.: 10
  Locality: Kerikeri
  Section of State Highway: From 970m south of Kerikeri Road to 500m north of Waimate North Road.
  Speed Limit (km/h): 80
  New Zealand Gazette Reference: 28/5/2015, Notice No. 2015-au3118"
- Deleting line 104 in Schedule 1 which refers to State Highway 20A near Kirkbride Road.
- Amending line 751 in Schedule 1 to read:
  "Line No.: 751
  Region: 10
  SH No.: 6
  Locality: Blenheim
  Section of State Highway: From State Highway 1 intersection to 200m east of McLauchlan Street.
  Speed Limit (km/h): 50
  New Zealand Gazette Reference: 28/5/2015, Notice No. 2015-au3118"
- Inserting line 751A in Schedule 1 to read:
  "Line No.: 751A
  Region: 10
  SH No.: 6
  Locality: Blenheim
  Section of State Highway: From 200m east of McLauchlan Street to 250m west of McLauchlan Street.
