Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Doreen Ford, accountant of Pioneer Consulting Group Limited, was appointed as liquidator of GOLDEN YING DEVELOPMENT LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 21 May 2015.

Rees Graham Logan, of Auckland, and Bruce Donald Gemmell, of Christchurch, both chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators of ZUSU LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 May 2015 at 10.14am.
We fix 21 July 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
