Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

This document notifies you that:

  1. On 2 April 2015, an application for putting HERETAUNGA SERVICES LIMITED (formerly BETHLEHEM COMPUTER SERVICES LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2015-470-44. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on Monday 22 June 2015 at 10.00am.

  2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

  3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.

  4. The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is Inland Revenue Department, Legal and Technical Services, 1 Bryce Street (PO Box 432), Hamilton. Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company was placed into administration by the company on 21 May 2015.

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Tony Leonard Maginness, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as administrators of the company.

In accordance with section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, a first meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, Level 1, CPO Building, 12 Queen Street, Britomart, Auckland, on Tuesday 2 June 2015 at 2.00pm.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting are required to have registered their debt with the administrators not less than 48 hours before the meeting.

Noteholders are not required to file a proof of debt. The administrators will rely on the Register for claim values.
