Road Realignment—State Highway 4, Raetihi, Ruapehu District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall vest in the Crown;
Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and vested in the Crown;
Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN255/201, subject to Mortgage B412539.4, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;
Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 672886, subject to Mortgage B412539.4, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and, pursuant to section 118(1)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981, shall be subject to a marginal strip pursuant to the Conservation Act 1987 over the area marked "F" on SO 445077 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
