Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
To: KFI Asset Management Limited, Unit 4, 76 Forge Road, Silverdale, Auckland
GE Finance and Insurance (“the mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on Thursday 14 May 2015, it entered into possession of certain goods mortgaged pursuant to a security agreement made by the mortgagor in favour of the mortgagee dated the 9th day of October 2012.
The description of the mortgaged goods is:
Various items comprising motor vehicles, trucks, trailers and machinery previously leased to Smith & Davies NZ Limited.
The address of the mortgagee for communication relating to these goods is at the offices of Simpson Grierson, Level 27, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland.

Description of the Land: An estate in fee simple in 162 square metres, more or less, shown as Lot 1 on a plan to be lodged for deposit in the Wellington Land District under LT 464344, being part section 207 Taratahi Plain Block, which is the residue of land remaining in Deeds Index, Volume 24, Folio 664, and Volume 33, Folio 575, and such land being part of the land granted to George Thomas Pollard under Crown Grant 2150 on 5 December 1862 and recorded in Deeds Index, Volume 9, Folio 680, and subsequently conveyed by conveyance 6578 to Richard Fairbrother on 9 August 1866 and conveyed by conveyance 6579 to Thomas Oliver on 6 September 1866 and recorded in Deeds Index, Volume 20, Folio 474, and conveyed by conveyance 20351 to Joseph Ingley on 13 November 1874 and recorded in Deeds Index, Volume 24, Folio 664, for the one part recorded as being the documentary owner and for the other part being conveyed by conveyance 38573 to Edward Samuel Oliver on 12 August 1880 and recorded in Deeds Index, Volume 33, Folio 575, and conveyed by conveyance 43392 to Joseph Warrington and Emma Ingley on 5 June 1882, who are recorded as being the documentary owners thereof.
