Andrew James Bethell and Andrew John McKay, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed jointly
and severally as receivers and managers of shares of the above-named company on 14 May 2015 under the terms
of a specific security deed over shares dated the 15th day of January 2015 giving the holder a secured charge over
the all of the shares of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: The shares of the company and all associated rights.
