Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 11 May 2015 at 12.01pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for that purpose.

On 11 May 2015 at 12.01pm, the directors of HOTEL MANAGEMENT (WATERLOO QUADRANT) LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved "that the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, be able to pay its debts".

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 9 June 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
