Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 13th day of April 2015, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 April 2015, Issue No. 41, Notice No. ln2405, by deleting the Schedule in that notice and replacing it with the Schedule in this notice:
