Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named trust, pursuant to a resolution passed by the board at a meeting held on 31 March 2015 and subsequently ratified by the board at a meeting held on 29 April 2015.

The liquidation commenced on 29 April 2015 at 3.30pm.

The liquidators of the above-named trust fix 5 June 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
