Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Notice is hereby given that the Waipa District Council proposes to take, under the Public Works Act 1981, the land described in the Schedule to this notice (“land”).
The land is required for the extension of Norfolk Drive, Cambridge North. The land described in the Schedule is required for road.
Waipa District Council wishes to extend Norfolk Drive to provide a through road for those travelling to Cambridge.
